My Own Nu Wave Oven Experience

One night, after one too many martinis and re-heated fast food items, I was watching TV and the Nu Wave Oven commercial came on. In retrospect, this is probably not the best time to order a kitchen appliance, but I was feeling lucky, so I went for it. It arrived about three weeks later, but I guess that’s what I get for ordering at 3am on a Sunday morning. However, I’ve probably made up that time and money in how much more quickly it cooks than my regular oven, anyway.

The Nu Wave Oven isn’t very cheap, but it comes in payments and when I think of how much I just paid for a new cappu-mocha-ccino maker it pales in comparison. It is large enough for me to cook just about anything in it, except for perhaps a wedding cake. It could probably make mini-cakes though, because I’ve baked, grilled, air-fried (which actually tastes really good!), roasted, steamed, and broiled in it. It claims it can also dehydrate and barbecue, but since I don’t particularly enjoy dehydrated barbecue banana chips, I haven’t tried it.

I really like the recipe book that came with the Nu Wave Oven, and I’ve already used several of the recipes in it. They are delicious!

The NuWave oven cooks really quickly, although unfortunately not in the ten seconds they show in the time-lapse on the TV.

I got my NuWave oven from this site . You couldn’t get me to get rid of it if you paid me. I go without using my “real” oven for weeks at a time now thanks to the NuWave Oven.
